Payment Process
To complete a reservation is required 40% deposit via credit or debit card or bank deposit.
Cancellation Policy
Up to 10 days before the reservation date - Return the entire amount of the advance2-10 days before the reservation date - 50% refund of the advance.From 0-1 days or no show - no refund of advance payment.
Hotel Facilities
- Reception is open for 16 hours, with 24 hours internal or external telephone access.
- Service or device to wake up.
- Service to transfer luggage.
- Laptop or tablet capablity.
- Baby cot can be added.
- Pillow selection.
- Breakfast is available in the rooms.
- Breakfast lasts over 3 hours.
- Early breakfast service.
- Food or breakfast will be provided in special packages, if the customers request it.
- Dry cleaning-washing-ironing service.
- Changing towels on request.
